In the second quarter of 2010, we will be releasing SynergySoft version 8.1. This will include the upload of the notes to this website and webinar sessions on the contents of the new release. Keep an eye on the Bulletin and our next ITV News for more information on this release.

Alternatively you can e-mail us with a description of your Request. If you are logging a Support Request as a result of an error or software issue screen captures or other supporting information can be attached to your email. When you submit your email it will automatically be logged and assigned an SR number. If you have already contacted IT Vision and have been assigned an SR number, please quote the number at the beginning of the subject so that your email can be cross referenced to the original SR number. more...

- Online Help To access Online Help for SynergySoft either click on the Help button from within SynergySoft then select SynergySoft Web Site | SynergySoft On-line Help from the Help menu. You can also access Online Help for SynergySoft by clicking on the following link or by entering the following URL into your Browser's address bar: http://www.itvision.com.au/documentation/help
- Release Notes and User Reference Material (including User Guides and additional information for each SynergySoft Module) are being added to the site. To see what is currently available take a look in either of these folders.

Software Downloads
The Download Site can be accessed by clicking on the Downloads folder from within the left hand navigation panel of this screen. From the Site you can download patches and software releases for example. Just follow your nose (or cursor) down the directory tree. Some releases are available via our secure FTP site. If you do not find what you require, contact IT Vision for access to the file(s) via FTP.
