New to ITV in 2010

As part of our dedication to you, we are releasing our new induction tool in 2010. We’ll be offering a FREE “Introduction to SynergySoft Webinar”. This is ideal to offer to all your new staff or those new to using SynergySoft. It offers the basic fundamentals to navigating around the SynergySoft environment making it a useful session for any staff member using this software. As a webinar, it will be conducted for up to an hour and half online and can be slipped into your normal induction schedule with ease. Please refer below for upcoming dates.

Improving Workplace Productivity

Improving Workplace Productivity Training is being held a day prior to the Annual IT Vision User Group Conference on the 9th February 2010. It includes four sessions with a choice of two seminars. The venue is Ascot Quays, 150 Great Eastern Hwy, Ascot with a cost of $250 + GST per participant for the day (price includes lunch and refreshments). Expansion in Eastern States

IT Vision has been investigating the NSW Local Government marketplace in the past few months, due to change in the competitive situation as a consequence of suppliers diminishing through loss of momentum and acquistions, we strongly believe there is an opportunity in that state. To ensure ITV make the most of this opportunity and have representation in the state, Martin Bull will be based in New South Wales from early January for approximately three months. Of course our main priority is to continue to service our customers here in WA and to assist me, Catherine Englund has gladly accepted to take on her old role of Account Manager whilst Martin is over East. Catherine and I look forward to assisting you in the New Year.

New Support Manager

IT Vision is pleased to announce the appointment of ITV's New Support Manager, Hunter Murphy. Hunter commences at ITV on the 11th January and comes to ITV with a number of years experience in Support Management roles. Catherine will unfortunately be leaving ITV after completing her Account Management role to seek other opportunities. ITV wishes Catherine the very best for her future endeavours and thanks Catherine for her excellent work over the last three years.

This course covers G/L, Works Costing, Creditors, Debtors, Plant and Excel Integration. Ideal for new accountants, finance managers and clerks.

Cash Receipting & Dogs - (26th February) Duration 1 Day
This course explains how to use the Receipting module to process all receipt types and includes Dog Registrations, Dog Reports and Dog Renewals.

Webinars

This webinar is an introduction to the use of SynergySoft. Ideal for new staff in your organisation as part of their induction process.

Systems Administration Universe Admin and SynergySoft Security – (4th February) Duration 1½ Hours
This course is designed for the Systems Administrators in your organisation who monitor and maintain the Universe database.

Rates Modelling - (25th February) Duration 2 Hours
This session provides a comprehensive overview of the process involved in completing a Rates Model for the General Rates, Service Charges and Area Rates, including ESL.
