Reminder

We are aware of the ATO changes in Payroll and are working towards a patch to support these changes.

We have had a few incidents of emails being sent to the wrong place for Support.  The correct email address is support@itvision.com.au.

We have both a face-to-face seminar and an online seminar (webinar) available in mid June to help you through End of Year.  If you can’t make it to the sessions, the notes will be sent out to everyone on the 19th June.

Should you be running EOY processes earlier for testing purposes, please let us know and we’ll forward the information available ASAP.

Documentation Update

EOY Notes

A copy of the General, Rates and Payroll End of Year Notes for 08/09 will be available shortly from the IT Vision website.

The Notes provide details about the various processes that need to be completed to reset your SynergySoft System for a New Financial Year, and easy to follow instructions for doing so.

Troubleshooting

Have you ever had difficulties processing a Senior/Pensioners claim?

Do you know how to receipt a Claim payment from the OSR if the total Claim amount reported by Cash Receipting does not match the amount that was actually claimed for a particular claim date?

Do you know how to handle Claims that have been rejected by the OSR?

• What do you need to do if the Claim has been rejected because the Pensioner details you submitted were incorrect?
• How do you fix up a Claim that has been rejected because the Rebate value was not correct?
  If you’re not sure, go to the new Troubleshooting section in the Seniors Pensioners Records and Claims User Guide for the answers.

TIP: Also look out for Troubleshooting sections in the Rates and Properties and Payroll User Guides soon.

They’ll provide help on common issues and questions.
