SynergySoft Documentation Update


V7.1 Documentation

This includes:

• Release Notes Which cover all Fixes and Enhancements that have gone into V7.1

• Enhancements

These cover all the major changes that have been implemented in V7.1. The documents provide a description of each change, any setup that needs to be performed and instructions on how to use the new features.

You’ll find Enhancement documents for the following, to name a few:

- General Use ability to generate Audit Trails that record any changes that have been made to Settings forms (such as Creditors Settings & GL Settings)
- Bank Reconciliation changes
- Community Information and Booking changes
- Regulation Reduction Incentive Fund (RRIF)
- Debtors ability to email Debtors Invoices and Statements
- General Ledger ability to bar postings to Control Accounts

 

• New HR User Guide the Human Resources module underwent a major review for 7.1. The new Guide includes these changes.
• Installation Notes you’ll find these in a new easy to use format. The notes now include a simple Checklist that covers all the steps which must be performed in sequence during installation.

New Staff

I, Angelo Nardi, have recently joined ITVision as Business Relations Manager working alongside Martin Bull in Sales and Marketing.  I will be managing the monthly bulletin in future and would like to thank Catherine for her excellent work in preparing previous editions.
