This course provides extensive training in all aspects of SynergySoft Payroll.
Rates & Property – (10th/11th December) Duration 2 Days
This course provides extensive training in all aspects of the SynergySoft Rates & Property Modules.

Payroll - Leave Take Up - (16th October) Duration 1.5 hrs
The course is designed to provide an experienced Payroll Officer with information necessary to set up the leave accrual definitions in Synergy. Once these have been established the process to adjust & control leave balances for an employee is outlined.
Creditors – (10th November) Duration 1.5 hrs
This session covers set up and processing of recurring invoices & payments processes including email remittance.
Debtors – (12th November) Duration 1.5 hrs
This session covers recurring charges & processes & processing of interest for late payments.
Assets – (1st December) Duration 1.5 hrs
This session covers the processes involved in acquisition of an asset.
Office Integration – (8th December) Duration 1.5 hrs - Prerequisite: Records Module Experience
This session covers an overview of using office Integration with Word, Excel, Outlook, using Profiles, related information & set up required.
Mapping Interface: Property, Dogs, Building & Town Planning – (10th December) Duration 1.5 hrs
This session covers how to use SynergySoft Mapping to easily resolve customer/internal enquires.
SynergySoft Crystal Reports Training
SynergySoft Crystal Reports Training Courses are conducted by CSG. Courses are scheduled for Level 1 on 10th February 10 and for level 2 on 11th February 10. Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the IT Vision User Group
IT Vision would like to advise that the AGM of the IT Vision User Group is to be held on Monday 19th October commencing at 12pm at Ascot Quays, 150 Great Eastern Highway, Ascot. This is your opportunity to be involved in the User Group activities.
IT Vision will be conducting the following two free training sessions to current members of the IT Vision User Group:
- Introduction to Finance in 7.1 – commencing at 9.30pm
- Overview of Security in SynergySoft – commencing at 1.30pm
Each training session will be limited to 20 participants and ideally it is expected that participants attending either session will also attend the AGM and lunch following the AGM’s conclusion. Training registration will be on a “first in first served” basis with a limit of two participants from any one financial member.
If you wish to attend either (or both) training sessions could you please advise by Monday 12 October 2009 of your intentions.
There is no registration form but we ask you to advise by email to (bwittber@wsquared.com.au) the name of the participant and the contact details.
I would also like to take the opportunity to remind you that you need to RSVP by Monday 12 October 2009 if you are only attending the AGM and luncheon.
