What if I can’t attend the booked live Webinar?

All webinars are delivered live and online by our staff at the appointed time so it's just like missing any class.  If you fail to make it let us know. 

What is the cancellation policy?
Once the payment has been made no refund can be given.  Please take care when booking your attendance as these events are broadcast live.

IT Vision reserves the right to defer or cancel any webinar.  Every practical assistance will be given to reschedule clients to an alternative course date and/or to provide a full refund (if applicable).
